Ordering from Cheesecake Bakery Kraków is simple and quick.
Below you will find all the steps to help you place an order.

Each product is prepared fresh, using high-quality ingredients.
2️⃣ Place an order
You can place an order:
- via the form on the website
- by phone
- via message (e.g., Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp)
After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the details.
3️⃣ Receive confirmation
After accepting the order, you will receive confirmation with information about:
- pickup date
- product availability
- order details
- final price
4️⃣ Pick up and pay on site
📍 Personal pickup at our confectionery in Krakow. For delivery inquiries, please contact us.
💳 Payment on site (card / BLIK / cash)
Please pick up your order punctually.
⏰ Fulfillment time
- Standard order fulfillment time is determined individually (min 1-2 days)
- For urgent orders, please contact us in advance
- Some products require advance ordering
🚶 Important information
- Orders are fulfilled with personal pickup
- For delivery inquiries, please contact us.
- Pickup is only possible during the confectionery's opening hours
🎂 Sizes and decoration
We offer two sizes of cheesecakes:
• Mini - 1.2 kg
• Standard - 1.6 kg
Standard decoration is included in the cake price and is made in our style.
For individual requests, the price may be recalculated individually depending on the scope of changes.
Please provide all details in advance – this will allow us to prepare your order exactly as you wish ✨
All our cheesecakes are handmade, so each piece may vary slightly in appearance – this is a natural characteristic of artisanal products.
